Pineville, LA: To better meet the needs of our customers and the electric powerdelivery industry, DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations (DTPS) increased its number of sales managers and added a new role of Director of Business Development to its team. John Halle is now leading the sales team as our Director of Business Development. John has been a part of the DTPS sales team for almost a decade, serving as Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Central/Midwest region. John has been instrumental in educating the industry about DTPS’ innovative product line of Factory-Built Substations and Pre-Fabricated Bus. John’s knowledge and 18 years of sales experience has made him a go-to leader within the DTPS team. In his new role, John will strategize new business opportunities and supervise all ofthe DTPS’ Regional Sales Managers. John will also serve as interim RSM over most of Texas and the upper Midwest sales territory.
Additional changes within the DTPS Business Development structure include Drew Shufelt moving two time zones from RSM over the Mountain/West territory to serve over the Northeast. He will be working out of DTPS’ office in Massachusetts. With Drew’s move came the opportunity to add Del Maccio to our team as RSM over the Mountain/West region. Del comes to DTPS from Generac with almost 20 years sales experience. He will be headquartered in California.
Also, Brandon Davis joins our growing team as RSM over the Great Lakes sales territory. Brandon’s promotion comes after 4 years working at DTPS as a Proposal Coordinator and Manager. His work with our proposal team, serving as a guide to our customers and helping them find the right product and service lines for their unique projects makes him a strong fit for this expanded role.
